My Therapeutic Philosophy

Therapy can be life-changing —Meaningful change happens in the context of a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we can uncover the insights needed for long-term healing.

My deep belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship.

Being a therapist is one of the greatest honors of my life. I am grateful for the deep connections I get to build and share with others. It’s a privilege to witness the unique journey to mental wellness. I am inspired to do the work as a therapist, through my own introspective journey and clinical training. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by mentors who modeled empathy, compassion and an authentic interest in understanding human suffering and how the mind works.

I feel drawn to the work of psychotherapy

I love to sit with people to learn about their lives and their psychological internal world, which is unique to every person.

Self-reflection, vulnerability and self-compassion are fundamental to becoming and maintaining my work as a therapist. I am inspired and propelled by other therapists who have modeled the power of human connection, which is the greatest vessel for change.
